PTTC Enables The Differently Abled With Entrepreneurial Skills

The Philippine Trade Training Center recently conducted a comprehensive entrepreneurship development program for the beneficiaries of the Philippine Council of Cheshire Homes for the Disabled (PhilCOCHED) from February 15-23, 2010 at the PhilCOCHED headquarters in Cubao, Quezon City. PhilCOCHED is a non-stock, non-profit organization that advocates the rights and dignity of the differently-abled.
