PTTC to offer seatranet trade policy course

The general objective of the course is to enhance the capacity of trade and industry associations, particularly their members and staff, to provide support to trade policy formulation and implementation in cooperation with the Government.
After attending this course, the participants will be more cognizant of the workings of trade policy and the WTO in general, the prospects of the multilateral trade regime, and the Philippines’ commitments and positions and their trade policy implications, thus becoming more effective in formulating trade policy and facilitating its implementation in cooperation with the Government.
The seminars will be delivered FREE-OF-CHARGE to accepted participants selected through nominations from the various trade and industry associations and government organizations based in the three regions/cities.
The course will be administered by the PTTC trade policy training facilitators composed of Fe Avila (Chief), Eva Ancheta (STIDS) and Benjie Celedio (STIDS).
